Services Description

We provide professional concrete contractor services including driveways, patios, foundations, stamped concrete, repairs, walkways, commercial work, and retaining walls. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Service descriptions on our website are for general information only. Final project specifications will be detailed in your written estimate or contract.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, or project scope changes. We will discuss any pricing adjustments with you before proceeding with work.

Payment terms will be outlined in your contract. We typically require a deposit to schedule work, with the balance due upon completion.

Scheduling and Delays

We make every effort to complete projects on schedule. However, weather conditions, unforeseen site issues, or material delivery delays may affect timing. We will keep you informed of any schedule changes.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellation fees may apply for work already started or materials already purchased.

Property Access and Site Preparation

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that pets and children are kept away from the construction site for safety. You are responsible for marking underground utilities before we begin work.

We will make reasonable efforts to protect your property during work, but some disruption is normal during concrete installation.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your contract. Our warranty covers workmanship defects but does not cover damage from improper use, natural settling, extreme weather events, or lack of maintenance.

Concrete naturally develops minor cracks over time. This is a normal characteristic and is not considered a defect. We will discuss proper maintenance and realistic expectations during your consultation.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. Our insurance coverage details are available upon request.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our work, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any problems.

Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.

Website Use

You may use our website to learn about our services and contact us for quotes. You may not use our site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage our reputation or business.
